Metamod Intallation In Your Counter-Strike 1.6 Server [Windows]

Hey Gamers,
This tutorial will teach you how to install Metamod in your Counter-Strike 1.6 Server.

Steps For Installing Metamod In Your Counter-Strike 1.6 Server:

1.First you have to download Metamod from:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/metamod/files/Metamod%20Binaries/1.19/metamod-1.19-win.zip/download
Extract it (preferably to your Desktop for easy access).

2. Now go to <server directory>\cstrike and over here create a new folder by the name of addons and open this folder. In the addons folder create another folder by the name of metamod and open this folder as well. In this metamod folder create another folder by the name of dlls.
So the final address becomes <server directory>\cstrike\addons\metamod\dlls

<server directory> - it is the directory of your server; where hlds.exe is located.

3. Next copy metamod.dll from the extracted files of the Metamod download to <server directory>\cstrike\addons\metamod\dlls.

4. Lastly go to <server directory>\cstrike and over there find the file liblist.gam and open it with a text editor such as Notepad.
Replace this line:

gamedll "dlls\mp.dll"

With this line:

gamedll "addons\metamod\dlls\metamod.dll"

Now save this file.

Congratulations! You have just installed Metamod in your Counter-Strike 1.6 Server and now you will be able to add great addons to your server!
